Discover the Medicine in Your Menopause

What:

Menopause has been labelled a 'hormone deficiency' by the medical world, but for many women, it can be so much more than that.  For some, it’s a complete metamorphosis where they re-emerge out the other side totally different than when they went in.  This is because so much change can often be required of us in order to preserve our mental wellbeing, emotional stability and our physical health.  This can often result is a huge change of values, beliefs and even our identity.    

In this workshop we’re going to delve into what our past taught us about menopause (and our cyclical bodies); what our present wants us to know and what our future is calling us to do.  

This will be a short but hopefully enlightening journey for you to connect with other women, have some realisations about yourself (and your menopausal journey) and get one step closer to giving your body, mind and soul what it needs.  

This workshop is for anyone who wants to explore some of the deeper aspects of the transition.
