Alex Catchpole will be sharing his wisdom with us and talking about foods for gut health, assisted by demonstrations and tasty snacks for us to try. We will learn all about fermentation fundamentals and try our hand at making kefir and kimchi.
Bring your reusable containers to take home any snacks that you make home with you.
Important to note: This is a workshop not a dinner event. Although there will be samples to try, it is advised that you make sure you are well fed before attending!
