Co-Women was created, born from my own frustrations at the cold, soulless experience of networking. Events felt dull, lacking personality and offering hard pitches and cliques; a segregation if you will between the just starting out and the mega successful.

We do things differently and we nurture relationships, bringing a human approach to making connections, and more importantly our events are FUN, welcoming you to enjoy your time, talk about anything you wish to without censorship or formalities.

We believe that the true definition of women supporting women means ALL women, with a non judgemental approach and a strict no clique policy.

HOW IT WORKS:

Chai and Chatter is our only free event and is super informal. Arrive at 9am, order your drink at the table - and breakfast if you wish - and settle in for a friendly chat. At 9.45am, there'll be a shuffle of seats so you have the opportunity to speak to more women. And that's it, simple. No pitching, just a friendly morning gathering to chat and get to know each other in the easiest way.

COVID-19 POLICY

We ask all attendees to adopt common sense and take responsibility for their own safety around Covid-19.  All attendees are encouraged to wear face coverings in densely populated areas, particularly when entering and exiting a venue, and respect the boundaries of those around them. If someone is experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 they should not attend the event and should instead refer to the refund guidelines for the event they have booked. Large events may operate further protocol in which you are asked to present your Covid-19 vaccination passport which you can access via the NHS app. Without this you may be asked to complete a lateral flow test. Hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities are available and checked at all venues, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitiser and a reusable water bottle. Our venue partners confirm that they operate within the correct requirements for ventilation and guest capacity.
