ReConnected Life Ltd
I am is the founder of ReConnected Life and Curious Decisions. A survivor, coach & NLP Master Practitioner, I use my skills, knowledge and experience to help women move past their past. My programme Taste of Recovery has been licensed (at time of writing) by 16 charities across England, Wales, & Scotland, to support those waiting for help, and used alongside one-to-one and group counselling. I am the author of ‘Desperately Hopeful’, and editor of ‘To Report or Not To Report: Survivor Testimony of the (In)Justice System’. I have been featured widely in the press, and often speak for survivors. I have appeared on BBC Breakfast and featured in a series of videos for the Independent. My story was one of those featured in the BAFTA-nominated & RTS award-winning Channel 5 documentary RAPED: My Story. Curious Decisions is my corporate-facing business and stems from my past career in CRM & marketing strategy. (Marketing my own business is VERY different). Ironically, I have a long-term rolling contract doing what I've always done. For Curious Decisions I also coach young/new leaders in confidence and removing imposter syndrome. I run workshops on communication & managing stress to ensure leaders can get the best from their teams, and be their best selves. Currently working on an idea to ensure leaders are trauma-aware and create trauma-safe workplaces. Recently moved to Littlehampton to live with a man (a huge shock after 15 years of living alone), and growing the family with the addition of a puppy. I have MS and learning to pace myself is not coming easy. Grateful every morning for a new day to try again.
