Aerial Yoga Class with Annie Villa

Come and spend an evening practicing aerial yoga with Annie Villa of First Love Yourself Yoga. This class is suitable for beginners. Please take responsibility for your own physical safety and advise Annie at the start of the class if you have any injuries or concerns.

"Come FLY with me! I am super excited to offer Co-Women members this aerial hammocks workshop. Come enjoy decompressing your spine and stretches assisted by the hammocks along with lots of fun and a few tips and tricks."

Please note that this class will be conducted outside at Annie's outdoor rig location, and is weather permitting. Light rain and wind will not prevent us and you're advised to dress accordingly! In the event of heavy showers this event might be postponed. 

You will need to bring: 

Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in.

Yoga mat.

Blanket.

Water bottle.
