Co-Women founder Jo Child has been on a mission since the company began: teach the world how to prioritise JOY for self care, and why it's essential to a happier life and concomitant with great physical health.

Jo has been researching the science of joy and has read countless supporting materials from some of the world's most renowned celebrants of joy, including the Dalai Lama, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, and neuroscientist Dean Burnett to name a few. Jo has also extended her skills in NLP to focus specifically on positive mindset and joy. 

Utilising this research, Jo is now ready to bring you a 5R's event that's guaranteed to  stay in your thoughts and hearts for days to come. 

In celebration of International Women's day, join us on this special day for an event that will lift you up and fill you with total unashamed joy.

*Please respectfully note that due to the nature of this event, prompt arrival is required and late entry is not guaranteed*

7pm - Arrival and intros

7:15pm - Release - verbal release of the stresses and anxieties we hold, released without peer interaction or judgement. Just observed and dissipated to make room for all the positive vibes to come. 

7:30pm - Revive - 15 minute dance shake off!

7:45pm  - Refuel - laughter yoga practices to rebalance the energy and bring lightness back into the room 

8:00pm  - Request and Recommend - questions, prompts and an invitation to speak openly and ask for advice from peers. Activities given to help with this exercise.

8:15pm - Restore - a human sound bath and guided meditation to bring the event to a peaceful close

8:25pm - Time to reflect as the event comes to a close.

What to bring:

Water bottle - teas/coffees and biscuits will be provided

Cushion, yoga mat and blanket for the meditation practice

An open mind

A warm heart

A willingness to let go and experience total joy!
