Support Co-Women Founder Jo in the RISE 8K Undercliff Run

Where:

Undercliff Walk, opposite Saltdean Lido.

When:

Sunday 16th October, 9am. 

What:

Gather on the sidelines, to cheer Jo on as she runs 8K to raise essential funds for the Brighton domestic abuse charity RISE. Is Jo nervous and unfit? You bet! So holler loud and give her all the encouragement! Lunch at a nearby venue when the event has finished.
