Hi, I'm Laura from Button Nose Bakery. I make bespoke celebration cakes, cupcakes, biscuits and chocolates using the finest Sussex ingredients. My love of baking started when I was little, but when my mum died a few years ago, I found making and decorating cakes to be the therapy I needed to help me navigate the stress and sadness of grief. I then took the plunge and decided to sell my bakes, and I haven't looked back since! There is no better feeling in the world than baking something that the recipient loves. It's such a personal thing, and I never repeat the same cake twice. All my designs are bespoke, and I don't copy other cake decorators' work.
